    All payments for prbot are processed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to prbot, you agree to a recurring monthly charge, which will continue until you cancel your subscription. Cancellations can be made at any time but will not result in a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

  4. Platform Reliance

    prbot relies on third-party platforms such as GitHub and Slack to provide its services. As a result, prbot's performance may occasionally be impacted by issues or service degradation on these platforms. prbot does not accept responsibility for any disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

  5. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for providing accurate information when configuring prbot, including email addresses and any necessary authentication credentials. You must ensure that your use of prbot complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  6. Account Deletion

    You may request the deletion of your prbot account at any time by contacting us through our support form or email. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be removed from prbot’s systems, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory reasons. Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and once processed, your access to prbot will be terminated, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

    prbot does not store personal data, except for non-sensitive information (e.g., email addresses, metadata related to pull requests). We take the necessary precautions to secure all data in compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    prbot will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to any disruptions caused by third-party platforms, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

  9. Modifications to the Service

    prbot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate such changes to users in advance.

  10. Termination of Service

    prbot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach any of the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all associated data may be deleted, and your access to prbot will be revoked.
